Default Borderlands: The Handsome Collection (Borderlands 2 and Pre-sequel) for PS4/X1

Looks like Gearbox is releasing a remastered version of Borderlands 1 for PS4 and X1.

The ideal game for me would be a collection with Borderlands, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel on PS4

Only interested in Pre-sequel remaster. Already spent enough time playing the other two.

I would assume it would be this. I guess we will have to wait and see. I for one would only be interested in a collection. I already own B1 & 2 on PC, want to pick up the Pre-Sequel during a steam sale. If a PS4 collection is released, I would much rather get that.

Considering how glitchy and broken the first one was, dont expect that

I have to say that I fail to see the point of this.

After you get all characters leveled up there is very little fun to be had.

Same reason they are remastering everything.

"For people that didn't experience it in the past and now only have current generation hardware"

It's a crappy trend. But that is just my opinion. To me, it is as lazy as doing modern reboots of movies.

Look at the major announcements over the last couple months. There are as many "remasters" as there are new games.

In the last year, I have bought two. Last of Us, only because I never played it. I have a PS3 and a PS4, so naturally, I'll go with the better version. And FFX becuase my PS2 doesn't work

As stated before, it's just my opinion, so put your pitchforks away.

Seems like you should like it as it has giving you the ability to play games you wanted to without buying new hardware and also provided superior versions.

In some cases, That could be true. Maybe it's because I own the hardware needed for the orignals.

As I guy that has hundreds of hours in the first 2 I don't know if I would want to tackle that again. Don't get me wrong if the bundle is priced at say $29.99 - $39.99 on release I will more than likely get it. But I would not pay full price or purchase each one separate.

Importing old save files would be interesting but not sure if it would happen. I could blow through part 1 if we could do that. Easy platinum I guess.

I could see that being the case if its just one game but 2 or even three? Expect $60 for that especially if it includes all DLC. I really dont think that would even be unreasonable

I'm a console gamer all the way, but got to admit, this is where PC wins, since you never need a 'remaster' to be able to play older games on your latest hardware

New games next year (both systems):
Arkham Knight
Uncharted 4
Bloodborne
The Order
Scalebound (X1)
Halo 5 (X1)
I know I'm leaving out quite a few

Announced remasters:
Two Final Fantasy games
Dark Souls 2
Saints Row 4.

Rumored remasters:
Borderlands
Mass Effect

So please stop with this "remasters everywhere" argument.

True, but even remasters on pc are sometimes nice. Metro 2033 had the potential to be brilliant but needed notably reworking and thus the redux is a welcome rerelease even on pc.

Why stop Merrick? We all know how much you love to argue or provide a counterpoint to every post

I'll stick with my opinion, as stated above.

The first borderlands? Really? Pass. If it was a pack of 1/2 or pre-sequel, I'd have been interested.
