Default What does everyone think of the 2013 Mustang Gt's? Thinking about getting one.

Really want to trade my 2006z in for this one. I've never driven one, but I'm thinking a 2013 model with 0 Miles would last me for the rest of the decade. My 350z won't. Plus I need a bigger car and warranty, my Z will need a new transmission soon. I put 8-10k miles a year on my cars.

I really hear good things about Ford these days. I've never had a Muscle Car before.

If I was going to switch car brands, I'd seriously consider Ford. That Mustang looks badass, btw.

COLD_COBRA,

Which part of Jacksonville you're from?

I know a guy that works with me who drives the new Nissan Z's and he had them replaced the tranny 3 times. He's considering trading his in for a Porshe.

I had a 2003 Mach one and I loved it. Be aware that modding your Mustang is more addictive than a crack head, LOL

Cool car, but Ford still can't integrate their radio antenna into the rear glass? It is 2013, I just don't get it.

i figured with your username you'd have gotten this one.....

[Show spoiler]

it's even got a cobra for the emblem.

but still, a GT with a 5.0 is pretty nice. congrats.

my truck has the same engine. de-tuned of course, but it's still a 5.0.

Thanks. No Cold Cobra is just a name that came to my head one day, and I liked it. 420 horsepower and 390 pounds of torque is enough for me. The car is plenty nice, but not too outrageous in price for what i'm getting.

Did you ever buy that Mustang GT? The brand new 2015's are going to be in the showrooms within the next couple of months and are a nice improvement over the previous gen. For starters, the Mustang finally gets an independant rear suspension. But that black GT in the pictures looks really nice.

Very nice upgrade! I too have owned two 350Z's. I bought one as a wedding gift in 2003 and one used in 2007. They were great cars when they came out but now other cars in it's class pounce all over it. Nissan needs to put twin turbo's in their Z again for me to even consider another one. I like the new mustangs and for the money it is a great buy!
