I don't think it's a bad sign, just a sign that Marvel/Disney are going to space these out even more than we thought and some titles are more of a priority than others. They might even be limiting it to just 2-3 MCU catalogue releases a year. Ant-Man likely just isn't a priority title for them on UHD at the moment (the Iron Man and Captain America trilogies are probably going to hit first).

By the end of this year, there will have been overall 9 MCU UHD releases. That's 9 out of 20 MCU films on UHD in 14 months. So overall, They're not doing too bad I think. At the moment.

Only evidence we have of them hitting UHD is Zavvi announcing them as steelbooks, them deleting the announcement and re-announcing the steelbooks as normal Blu-Ray and then saying they made a mistake with the original announcement. It's very likely at least one of the two trilogies will hit UHD with Avengers 4. That likely depends on if RDJ is truly done as Iron Man after Avengers 4, if he is then expect the Iron Man trilogy first. If we do get both trilogies in 2019, then it'll likely be one trilogy to tie in with the theatrical release (probably Iron Man) and the other to tie in with the home release.

With Avengers all now available in UHD, it's only a matter of time.

I hope to see reasonably priced trilogy box sets along with reasonably priced single editions, Disney should acknowledge that many fans will already own these films on blu-ray. But no doubt we'll see premium priced releases to milk the franchise, ah well.

I'm not sure I want to "UHD" all of my Marvel collection, probably just Iron Man and Captain America trilogies.

I've held off buying any Marvel 4Ks in hopes that they'll release a Phase 3 collectors set...

They eventually will. I think because Phase Three are newer films they might be released sooner than later.

There is a Phase Three: Part One boxset on Blu-ray that’s been released. Took a lot of will power to not get that one.

Any solid evidence on Doctor Strange and First Avenger other than international amazon preorders?

After forgetting I had even created this thread (I am not a regular user), I remembered and seen that I hadn't updated it for 8 months. I have now updated to reflect the plenty of changes since.

Up on Amazon.uk for 40.00, a bit cheaper than Zavvi.

Updated. Again it's been a while but we're almost there. The USA has them all now so hopefully the 3 that are left for the UK will come soon.

Just received the MCU Phase 3 Part 1 and 2 UHDs sets from Zoom, at present this set is the only way to get Doctor Strange on UHD in the UK but I am sure it will appear sooner or later.

Each set comes with a bonus disc of exclusive content but wouldn't be surprised if most/all of it ends up on the US Infinity Saga boxset bonus disc.
