I just got through tracking down nearly all of these with slips. I'm only missing Green Lantern: First Flight and a couple slips. It would have to be pretty spectacular for me to buy them all again. And honestly, there will be more movies coming so it's not like it's a complete set in that sense.

Lol easy pass
I don't actually own any of these in steelbook. I probably would if all of them had a steelbook release. I usually get the deluxe versions with the figure

Same here. But they're a b***h on shelf space.

I read a press release at TVShowsOnDVD that said it would have new extras that will be announced later.

I'm a sucker for extras, but I like the individual releases.

One of the pieces of news hidden within this is we're getting a commemorative edition of JL: New Frontier. Wonder if this will be released separately or exclusive to this box set

It's almost certain that it will be released separately, with the Justice League movie releasing a couple of weeks later.

Too bad they're only including the divided two-part version of The Dark Knight Returns instead of the unabridged/seamless "Deluxe Edition" version. I would think most would prefer it in its extended uncut form on one disc rather than split on two separate discs.

It's gonna be more than $150 and thinking you could get these for $5 is pretty unrealistic.

With the recent Blu-ray announcement of Mask of the Phantasm, I have been interested in seeing some of the animated Batman movies. The only one that I have seen is Batman: Under the Red Hood, which I liked. I picked up Batman: The Dark Knight Returns - Deluxe Edition this week, and I'm interested in seeing Justice League Dark. Are there any others that come recommended?

Also, I understand that some of these are considered part of a shared universe, but do they each stand on their own?

While I'm not expecting this to be an extremely low price I actually expect it to be a reasonable price. Of these movies the only one I ever remember paying more than 20 dollars for is TDKR Deluxe. Even when DC started the graphic novel/movie combos those are also reasonably cheap (in some cases cheaper than the graphic novels alone).
While I could be wrong I do expect this could actually be cheaper than $150

Though not strictly Batman movies, Justice League: War & Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox are both great.

This is cool. I already own most of them though.

Just curious what the packaging will be like. Wondering if it will be something special with a lot of artwork or just a cheap boxset with all the movies crammed into those hateful plastic flip cases...30 discs is a lot...

I would be happy with GN versions of the ~15 releases that haven't had them(yet).

I only watched Under the Red Hood, and always wanted to watch the dc animated movies, so I'm very interested in this, as long as the price is reasonable and the packaging is not huge

if anyone's wondering (like I was), here are the other Batman animated movies that aren't in the set:
- The Batman vs. Dracula
- Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
- Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero
- Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker
- Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman
- Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders

and the 3 Batman Unlimited movies

"Batman" - The Suicide Squad - Assault on Arkham is cool

The Batman trilogy.....Son of Batman, Batman vs Robin, and Bad Blood are lukewarm.
