Default Problem with my Yamaha HTR 6150 receiver and connecting a Wii

I have a Yamaha HTR 6150 receiver since 2 years, yesterday we have bring the Wii of my girlfriend's parents at our place and I hook it up to my receiver.
I decide to go the easy way and plug it in the AUX plug in front of the receiver, the only thing I had was the sound but no video on my TV (which is a Samsung LN55C630 since last week).
I have try to use the DVR plug on the back of the receiver and no sound and no video.
So I had to plug the Wii straight in the TV
Could it be the receiver that is causing the no video ?
I had some problem to display in 1080p with my PS3, so perhaps I will change it, but I will need to wait a couple of months to do so.

See page 15 of the owners manual. Only HDMI signals are output to HDMI. The Wii's analog signal is output to composite, S-video an component outputs. Try connecting one of those to your TV.
