Default Current best 4K Dolby Vision Player w/ 3D??

I currently have the Phillips player and Im not happy with it. What is the best player out there that has Dolby Vision and 3D? Any help is appreciated.

How long can you wait? The Sony X800-M2 is due next month, and is rumored to use the same SoC as the uber expensive Pioneer 500.

The Sony may be $400 at launch.

Until the Sony X800-M2 come out or unless you have the money for Panasonic UB820, your best bets right now are either the Sony X700 or LG UBK90.

I bought the LG UBK90. I think Ill just roll with this. I also have a LG tv anyway. Also I will say that Phillips player sucks balls. The 3D function is trash and the movie stutters at times on the phillips when its on 3D. I tried the 3D on this new LG and its crystal clear with no stuttering. Thanks for your replys guys.

I have that player and I love it! Surprised to hear your negative review from it. But, with that being said I haven't even tried to play a 3D blu ray on it yet....

I have a Sony x700 and it has been a good player. Keep an eye on Amazon Warehouse... I got mine off there for $120 shipped. Came in original box, had all accessories, etc. It was in perfect condition. It was listed as acceptable.

I have the phillips 7302 (sams club version of the 7502) and when playing back 3d it has these little microskips in the video. I just use my ps3 for 3d playback instead. Keeping the 7302 for DV. It'd be nice if they fixed the 3d playback.

I had a Samsung (which I was very happy with) and recently decided i wanted a player that would work with my Sony TV which requires low latency to work.

I got the Panasonic ub820.

One thing that this player does so well is upgrade blurays. So good I started checking out my blurays to get that feeling of seeing them with new eyes again. (I love those upgrades) Even my kid noticed the difference.

It handles 4k, HDR, and Dolby Vision with ease and has lots of customizable options for HDR (you cannot alter DV setting through the player).

I can't play 3d through my Sony TV, but it is hard to imagine it slacking in that area.

Good luck picking out your new player.

^^ Totally agree. The regular bluray quality of the 820 makes them look close to 4k. 3D works fine. HDR with the optimizer is where this player leaps ahead of all the rest. One downside I have to point out is it’s not the greatest media player or app player. If that’s what you need I highly recommend the ATV4k. As far as disc playback nothing touches it currently
