NAB 2017 April 22-27, 2017

In conjunction with the National Association of Radio and TV Broadcasters trade show, (NAB) the convention also host's educational seminars called the Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology Conference (BEITC).

I presented a paper on the new HDR TV System and it was accepted and added to the technical sessions schedule. I was also selected to be the presenter.

This is my second time speaking at NAB in the 30 years I have attended the NAB's annual convention.

One benefit of being a speaker at NAB is free access to all of the sessions. I will be enhancing my video and audio skills and knowledge, my passion and lifetime hobby and career.

So far I signed up for two presentations, John Dykstra, ASC who is the Visual Effects Designer for the new sci-fi thriller movie "Ghost in the Shell", and Amazon's top performer, "The Man in the High Castle" presented by the Executive Producer, Daniel Percival and the Chief Inspector Joel de la Fuente, Takeshi Kido.

I'l be attending a few more sessions, but have not finalized my selections yet.
