so i got the 3d blu-ray land of bears from australia.
![]() i put it in my philips player and when i start the movie and asks me to choose 3d or 2d. i choose 3d. i get a message saying my system is not 3d capable? i have about 15 other 3d blu-rays that play with no problems. anybody got any tricks to make it work? my tv and player info is in my sig. |

The same thing happened to me with Metalstorm. The issue is still unresolved.

One trick that works for me
Starting with everything turned off: - Turn tv on and put to correct input. - Start the TV 2D>3D conversion mode -Turn on receiver -Ensure TV is still in 2D>3D mode - Turn on bluray player - At disk menu ensure 2D>3D conversion mode is ON -Start movie. This has fixed it everytime I have ever had the error except for one disk, the Last Emperor. |
