I like how compact the unit is. Not bulky like other players. And Samsung, well all the Samsung blu-ray players I've owned were crap and I expect nothing less from the Samsung 4K UHD blu-ray player... I'm already hearing issues...

I would steer people away from this player unless cost is *only* factor.
LG's 4K/3D player is plunging in price ($140) and has good playback with DV. Then LG had DV problems and pulled back the firmware which enabled DV. Sony X800 player is bit more than LG's, but is better built with more options. Sony could probably do DV now, but they're holding out on DV till next player (which is a shame).
