Default Wireless earbuds for small ears.

I have my eye on the Jabra Elite 65T wireless earbuds. My only concern is that I have small ears and really narrow ear canals. So almost all earphones I've ever tried hurt my right ear (it's slightly smaller than the left). Honestly just wearing standard ipod earphones for ten minutes and my ears would feel like Dolph Lundgren punched me right in my ear. I've read that the 65Ts are pretty good for small ears. Can any of you guys attest to this? Thanks.

I gather the Sony M3s are good for small ears but apparently they fall out quite easily. I'm not doing backflips mind.

Any particular reason for wanting IEMS instead of on/over ears? Need isolation? What is your intended use with them? If isolation is not a real concern then I would recommend Koss Porta Pros with Yaxi pads (~$50 total) and a wireless BT receiver like the EarStudio ES100 (~$99 Porta Pro with Yaxi pads are more comfortable than most over ears to me, and they are on ears - allow your ears to breathe better than over ears and don't annoy like IEMs. Plus you get beautifully forward and full sounding mids with massive low end presence in a warm, smooth, and non-fatigue sounding headphone.

I don't want over/on ears simply because I prefer something discreet. I've read that the Jabras are comfortable for small ears so I'm probably going to go for the Elite 75T when it comes out in November.
