Default Sushant Singh Rajput commits suicide

This was unexpected. Apparently the fellow had been under depression for some time now. His last movie with the Dangal director did quite well, so one doubts it was career issues. Just goes to show how little one knows about the person behind the public figure.

I mainly recall Sushant from 2 movies - Shudh Desi Romance and the Dhoni Biopic. He wasn't an astounding actor but he had an easy charm, and that lopsided grin which attracted a large part of his following. Especially when speaking he reminded a bit of the late Marathi actor Mohan Gokhale (aka Mr. Yogi from the TV series). Also, he was an actor who made it on his own, without filmy parivaar and godfather.

Saw him in Detective Bymokesh Bakshy! and PK and thought he did a good job in both. A shame indeed that anyone would resort to such actions.

I liked him too. Decent actor and hard worker. My condolences to his family. Dont care much about movie MS Dhoni but DBB was to me, his work of worthy remembrance.
