I have a Blu-ray TrueHD Soundtrack mix at 1.5 mbps. I have another Blu-ray TrueHD soundtrack at a bit rate between 300 and 400 kbps. Is the 300-400 kbps TrueHD soundtrack normal? The TrueHD mix at 300-400 kbps is very good.

Need more information than that. How many channels on both of them? What movie are you talking about?
