I had the same issue when trying to order a cd from an amazon.co.jp seller a couple of years ago.

They would not ship to Belgium.

I used the services from White Rabbit Express in order to get this cd shipped to me.

^That's the message I see for every item I try to order from Amz UK when the shipping address is India. It magically changes to 'In Stock' when I change the country of delivery to UK or Singapore (where I have friends, but who knows when I might be able to meet them?)

At the moment, the Amazon.co.jp exclusive will ship internationally, at least to the UK/US/India:



These exclusives generally do not drop from the list price unless they are in stock for an extended period of time.

Right now, the standard version is unavailable, but this will probably change shortly once the Amazon exclusive runs out.

Amazon.co.jp is now shipping to US?? I tried so many times in the last 2 months but was unsuccessful. So, went with Whiterabbitexpress.com; the price of shipping alone is $40 !!!

I haven't bought this item, but yes, Amazon.co.jp are shipping many items internationally after the release date. However, like other Amazon sites, it seems that most, but not all, international pre-orders are restricted, at least until just before the release date, if not shortly afterwards.

How the Amazon sites are choosing the few items which can be pre-ordered internationally, versus the majority that cannot be pre-ordered internationally, is beyond me.
