Thanks for the info. I listened to the radio stations, but they aren't as good IMO as the score soundtrack itself.

Finally beat this game after investing 100 plus hours. I got The World ending, which worked best for my Streetkid V.

My only problem with the storyline was

I’ve been playing it on and off since launch on a PS4 Pro, and it’s perfectly fine. Only had 1 crash in around 53 hours of gameplay, runs pretty darn well and looks great imho.

Have you tried it without a patch?
But yeah, the game is much better with the 1.04 or higher patch, but still lacking compared to the full experience PC version.

No, it’s been patched up as and when they’ve been available, so I wouldn’t know how good/bad the unpatched version is.

I have the PS4 disc version. Playing it without a patch is a whole other experience. It's so weird, because in the month or so that they worked before and slightly after release to update the game's patch to 1.04, they could've avoided almost all of this controversy and self-destruction of CDPR. But instead, they waited till the last minute and then with that last delay, after the game was already pressed onto the discs in horrid shape, they updated the game hoping for the best. I think after a week the 1.04 patch arrived, which was much improved but still crashes a lot.

Very very easily; disconnect the system from the internet first, or simply start the game up while the updates are downloading. The PS4 will let you start games in their base state while patches are still being downloaded.

You can also turn off updates and manually do them yourselves with just using the option update button.

Yes, for the PS4 disc, I insert it while not being connected to the internet for my PS4/PS5. Then once the game installs, I can play it without ANY updates. What's on the disc is horrendous compared to the updates which improve things a lot. EDIT: But only for the PS5 updated PS5 version is the game much better.

Just started this and my GPU decided to take a dump (playing on PC). What crappy timing too with all the shortages, GPU or otherwise cause I'd consider getting a PS5 if I could find one. I at least managed to grab an RTX 2000 series "Super" card the other day. Not my first choice obviously, but I'll at least get a performance boost, and ray tracing finally.

GPU will be here Friday, but in the interim, I'm rocking an I5 + GeForce 1660Ti laptop for a whopping 48 FPS at 1080p on low settings. SWEET! It'll get me buy at least. <sigh>

Its a beefy game in general. On my 3060ti my average framerate on 1440p using high settings with no ray tracing is 65-80fps.

Wow I would'a thought you could get those frames on Ultra at 1440p based on what I've read on the 3060Ti (depending on other factors, too, of course). But still, anything over 60 on High must still look beautiful.

The 3060Ti was the card I was targeting, but I hate being without my rig, and with everything out of stock, I jumped the gun on the 2060 Super the moment I saw it. I figure I should still be able to sell it when the 3000's become available, at which point I'm planing to go with a 3080 being that my preferred res is 3840 x 1080 (super ultrawide). I doubt I'll be able to run that res at anything more than medium with the 2060 S and still get decent frames so I may switch to my TV @ 1440. We'll see.

Finished the game on PS4 Pro. Had a lot of fun. Will likely replay once I can buy a PS5. Got the happy Nomad ending.

In Cyberpunk, if you jump off a tall building far from the ground, the game goes into auto death, and doesn't give you the chance to use your double jump Ripper Doc add on to bounce in the air with your jet boost before hitting the ground. Not fair!
