He sure took a lot of shots in his first game back, at the expense of Harden apparently (since he only took 14 shots in a game with two overtimes). Maybe he was trying to make a statement.

Yeah but even to the prior game, Kyrie was leading the team on shots taken per game when it was just him and KD. He been trying to make a statement all season it seems.

I saw a meme that sums up Kyrie’s situation which is basically He went from not wanting to be Robin to Bronny’s Batman in Cleveland to being Alfred in Brooklyn lol.

if anoyone messes this up its Kyrie more than anything. he was the only one smiling of the three after that loss as well. hes just happy if he gets the majority of shots or whatever.

I don't think Kyrie thought the Nets would add another star and he might potentially be the third option. He probably thought him, KD and the supporting cast would be enough for the East. I also think the difference is that he picked BKN and planned with KD whereas he didn't have a choice in CLE, LeBron came back and he resented him for it.

We took y’all lightly the other night, otherwise I would say the lack of rebounds doomed y’all. How could you get out rebounded by an average 10 per game? And what was Green doing out there tonight with ZERO rebounds?

People think Knicks and think they suck just because they always have and no major additions this year to think otherwise. But they're actually not a bad team this year and Golden State isn't as good as their previous two wins might lead one to believe. They are just a notch better than the Knicks, nothing more.

The "get up" factor to play top teams I think is overrated. I'd like to think that the Lakers play better versions of teams than say, the Knicks, but I don't buy it. Players come to play no matter who the opponent is.

disagree...

i think its definitely a real thing...you get amped up to play a good team more than you do with a team you expect to just run over with minimal effort. just your psyche going into the game

It's a thing I agree but it's overrated. Getting amped up doesn't mean you'll play any better as a team. It's a double edged sword.

Yea everyone knew that was a bad call. even the refs knew that. But rescinding now doesn't help since you can't go back and replay the 2nd half.

Haha..he's been playing better since I said that. I must be bad luck, every time I pick up a player in fantasy, the games gets PPD.

I find that funny, I know the Cavs are decent so far this season but would think Kyrie and Harden were enough to handle them.
