I read where the active glasses are very sensitive due to multiple lenses. Not to put pressure cleaning both sides at one time.

I use the cloth provided and do not apply any liquid at all. If there is a smudge, I blow breath on it beforehand before wiping but that's the extent of it for me.

Over time any pair of glasses gets dirty. Especially if you have guests using them. Not to mention kids.

I have been running under water and dry with tissue.
But even once they are clean- they get smudges or fogged on the edges that seem to cause a glare. (distracting)
For Active LCD glasses, LCD Screen Cleaner such as
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insigni...?skuId=8958032

There are others of the same type.

NEVER NEVER NEVER rub both sides of the glasses at the same time. Always clean one side and then the other. Very Gently !

Yep. You have to be careful because there are three layers in Active 3d Glasses. The one in the middle is the one that switches on and off. You must not be careless and damage it. Pressure from either of the other two surfaces will do that.

No paper towels! Wood fiber in the paper will scratch plastic. Yes, even blotting.
I use the same stuff I clean the screen (Clean Screen gel spray)with, and a microfiber cloth. Spray on the cloth when cleaning active glasses.

I just use lens wipes, but I rarely clean them.

Passive glasses...I use dishwashing liquid, hot water and a towel to dry them. Do this with all my glasses and the lens look like new, even years later. Paper towels and tissues are a big no-no (according to my optician.)
