Dual HDMI 3D Blu-ray Players

Is there a list anywhere of 3D Blu-ray players with dual HDMI outs? I'm trying to see if I can upgrade to 3D without replacing my receiver. I also want to stop using my PS3 as my blu-ray player to help save some hours on it.

I really like the Sony players, since they also bitstream DSD for SACD playback, but they all appear to have single HDMI outs. I don't think another manufacturer besides Sony has made an SACD compatible blu-ray player.

Any help is appreciated.

Hold a sec. I completely blanked on the Oppo BDP-93. It offers SACD playback and dual HDMI output.

I guess I fixated on the Sony due to the cheaper cost...

The Panasonic DMP-BDT300/350 has dual HDMI outputs as well as the soon to be released Panasonic DMP-BDT310.

Or, you use the search on this website here. Tick the boxes for Region-A (if applicable) and for Blu-ray 3D, and select your minimum amount of HDMI-connectors. You will end-up with a list of 8 BD-players: 2 Samsung, 2 Pioneer, 2 Oppo, and 2 Panasonic.

I recently upgraded to the BDP-93 -- one of the best HT investments I have ever made. Worth every penny. Give it serious consideration if you can.

I have a 3D LED....but a non 3D receiver... I'm using my PS3 as the 3D player...

Does that mean if I buy a 3D player such as Oppo....I'll be able solve my issue with HD sounds?

Yes, you are right. You connect the HDMI-1 output to your 3D-LED (using a high-speed HDMI, or HDMI 1.4, cable), and you connect the HDMI-2 output of the Oppo to your HDMI 1.3 receiver (using a regular HDMI cable) for all your Lossless sound codecs (bitstream) and/or LPCM sound (decoded).

I was looking to do the same thing with the Samsung c7900 3D Blu-Ray player.
It was on BB website for about 200 less than the oppo, but when you go to the store, they don't have any, and can't order it. WTF?

Does the Oppo send Audio & Video out both HDMI's?

Some of the other ones only send Audio out the "secondary" HDMI.

I just preordered the BDT310 due to the fact i also need the 1.3 and 1.4 outputs and the 300's are selling for $429 the 310's are $192.

There's another option if you don't want to buy a new receiver. If Sony doesn't release a Dual HDMI outputs Blu-ray player in the coming months, that's what I'm going to use.

The Panasonic 310 is now available from several sources. Best Buy had then starting about 2 weeks ago and I just received one today that I ordered from Provantage (for just over $200 including shipping).

The idea of using an outboard HDMI splitter to give you 2 HDMI outputs will generally not solve the issue using a Blu-ray 3D player with a single HDMI output in combination with an AVR only equipped with HDMI 1.3a inputs and a 3DTV equipped with HDMI 1.4a inputs. Such HDMI splitters will report to the source device (the Blu-ray 3D player in this case) the least capable of the connected devices and as a result you will not get the lossless audio from the Blu-ray player being sent to the AVR when 3D discs are being played (lossless audio in HDMI 1.4a format is not encoded in the same way within the data stream as is done with HDMI 1.3a and HDMI splitters lack the processing to re-encode a 1.4a data stream into a HDMI 1.3a data stream format). In order to accommodate an AVR with HDMI 1.3a inputs plus a HDMI 1.4 equipped 3DTV you really need a Blu-ray 3D equipped with dual HDMI outputs intended to support this specific situation.

I would also like to add the samsung 6700 as a worthy dual hdmi output 3d blu ray player. I bought this to go with my samsung 3d pn51d550 tv and it works great so far. I hooked 1 hdmi from 6700 to tv and 1 to a vsx 21 elite receiver and now i have great 3d and still have my lossless sound and i have tryed the 2d to 3d up conversion and while watching king kong blu ray it looked pretty good. Just fig. i give some in sight to this player if anyone is looking for dual hdmi 3d player.
