Delivery without tracking really puts me in a blind state. I ordered my bluray to be delivered to the office address. Today went and checked the nearby India Post office, they said items addressed to my office will be sent back always .
They asked me for the speed post number which i do not have. Sent a mail to Amazon UK customer service, waiting for their reply. In this case, how do i even get the speed post number? If at all Amazon resends the pacakage will i be able to change the delivery address?

Did they give any specific reason as to why your office posts will be sent back. I get all my blu-rays delivered to office address only and have recieved all without any problems.

Secondly there is no way of getting the speed post or any number as it is not a speed post. Its just a parcel, it might be a registered post as they ask me to sign on the sheet(i don't know the difference b/w these two).

As far as changing address is concerned you should be able to, folks at Amazon are generally very good at these stuff.

It seems my office dont receive pacakges from post office. Got a mail from Amazon few mins back saying

Their customer service seems to be fine, but sending packages without tracking IMO is highly risky.

What? That's awesome! It's more or less like UK's shipping. But I hope you get your import fees deposit back. Otherwise, there isn't much difference between standard and priority and we'll have the same problem again

Yeah, that they don't do. Either way, I don't think you have a choice as most of FOX's titles are region locked. I guarantee you will enjoy it a LOT if you get it.

Hey Kushal,
Customs never charge me for my shipments either which are Priority.
Amazon refunds the deposit automatically via your original payment method (since you paid by card, that's how it will be refunded.).
Note that the refunds are done after 2 or 3 months, so you'll have to be patient . If customs did charge you something, you'll be refunded the remaining amount.
