They are very comfortable, I quite often forget that I'm wearing headphones.

In the background is a pair of Sennheiser HD439's that the kids use, it was my go to pair before the Audio Technica's.

I also have a pair of Sennheiser RS170's and TurtleBeach X41's on my HTPC / Xbox 360. And various other gaming headsets that the kids use.

Can anyone give me more information about amps? Been using just headphones for viewing for years and it's served me just fine but I hear a lot about how amps improve the experience but I wouldn't know where to start.
