I tend to makeup names when people in real life ask me what my name is. For 25 years, before I started cutting my own hair, my regulator barber didn't even know my real name. The hard part is remembering what names I told which people.

I like being anonymous. Plus it's harder to be hurt if you never let anyone get close. I made that mistake once, I went against my own precaution and let somene get close. I'll never let that happen again.

True, but its a recipe for being alone your whole life as well. It'd rather risk getting hurt.

Well I tried both ways, being alone is the only one that works well. Plus I suddenly have so much more money now. I use to date a gold digger and she always made me broke.

Yeah I'm sure he can,there just was many occasion that I noticed in GC that he had started a thread with a random question....no biggie....that was my question to Scarface.

When it ended, she managed to get all my friends to turn their backs on me with her lies. She even tried to get me arrested, but I was able to convince the cop that she's a liar. She even got two people to give me death threats. — the relationship ended because I caught her cheating on me.

I don't need anyone else treatng me that way.

So, besides being online here and I suppose being a movie fan, what other hobbies do you have or enjoy?

What's wrong with being on your own? It's great! You can come and go as you like, do what you like and please yourself. It's absolute bliss. I have the advantage of having never wanted kids do it is easy for me. There is no rule saying you can't still have companionship. Just don't wan to spend my life with someone. Maybe I am half alien but I don't crave other people. Don't get me wrong, I love my family and enjoy being around them but I am an introvert and appreciate Time to myself a lot. Best of both worlds really. I still have friends but they understand if I have a day out with them I need to have time to myself the next day. It's worked well so far.

I also like making films. I use to have my own webshow, it ended after the 50th episode due to a falling out with my co-host. And I had my own website I hand-coded, but after 9 years I shut it down in May as a way to save some money. That's an extra $70/year in my pocket. I also enjoy playing video games, The Legend of Zelda is my favorite series.

Been awhile since anyone commented here. What's your feeling about avatars? Do you like to change yours frequently or do you prefer switching it out only after an extended period of time if at all? Do you care about other users' avatars?
