Default Help with blu-ray player regions

I have a Panasonic DMP-BDT210 blu-ray player which I purchased years ago and I was wondering if it would play Region 2 dvd's or if it is locked to USA region only DVD and Blu-ray Discs? Here's what I'm looking at if it makes any difference: http://www.amazon.com/Goosebumps-the...ete+series+DVD

There's another thread all about this for Panasonic, but here is the info.
I have a Panasonic DMP-BDT210 as well and it can play Region-B discs by doing a few different tricks. It won't play any PAL or 1080/50i content without modified firmware however. Here are the 3 methods:

Method 1 -

- Insert a disc and wait for the "Wrong Region" screen to appear
- Press the "Pop-Up Menu" button
- Disc should boot to the discs main menu or start playing the movie

Method 2 -

- Insert a disc and wait for the "Wrong Region" screen to appear
- Press Stop
- Press the "Pop-Up Menu" button (You may have to press this a few times)
- Disc should boot to the discs main menu or start playing the movie

Method 3 -

- Insert a disc and wait for the "Wrong Region" screen to appear
- Press Stop
- Press 1 and the number "1" should start blinking in the upper right corner. Press the "OK" button while 1 is blinking. You may have to try this a few times, as it usually doesn't work the first time. Try pressing OK on the first or second blink and it should work.
- Disc should boot to the discs main menu or start playing the movie

I just looked at that movie set and for format it says, PAL. I have a copy of Zodiac directors cut on blu Ray and idk what region it is but the box and rating is different from USA movies and it plays it perfectly.

PAL is the region code for Australia. PAL code does not play on NTSC for North America. The disc you are playing would have to be a multi-region disc for it to play. I'm an Australian now living in the USA. That coding refers to the television broadcasting systems, too.
