Are you looking for a USB, PCI-E, or mini PCI-E adapter? How far will your computer be from the router? Will your computer be in a position where you need a wire leading to the antenna or will directly attached antennas work? What kind of router are you connecting to? Providing details of your situation helps. But anyway, not knowing your setup, here's a few I think are good and am using in mine:
USB: ASUS USB-AC68 Dual-band AC1900 (I use this one at LAN parties) PCI-E: ASUS PCE-AC68 Dual-band Wireless-AC1900 Adapter (I don't have this one, but should be similar to the USB version) Mini PCI-E: Intel Wireless-AC 7260 (I'm using this one in my laptop) |

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but if you want to know if USB adapters are any good, I think they are. They're easier to install than PCI-E adapters and are a good option if you don't need to connect via wifi all the time.
