Apparently it's up to the regional manager whether to approve overtime so my area is on a break like I am.

Does "limited orders" refer to the number of orders you can place... or the number of titles you can buy per order... or the number of copies of a particular title you can order?

For the first few days of the drop, you are limited to 2 copies of each new title. After that, no limits. See the very first post for extensive details.

We got a delivery -- a CASH (as in currency) refund!!! -- in an envelope from the local PO today, delivered to our door by somebody in a USPS uniform. Still have a hard time believing any organization would deliver cash, but was just happy to get the refund weeks later, given they screwed up the original for-xmas order pickup that they'd charged us for.

That's what I thought too, but I got two deliveries today, both USPS. One was a package from Diabolik and the other was an international package of Blu-rays from Sweden.

Years ago I got a delivery from Japan on Christmas Day. As the USPS woman handed it to me, she was like, "Must be important!" but it totally was not. It was just a CD a friend had sent me. I have no idea why it came on Christmas.

We are working with USPS to get that changed or updated more quickly. That "pre-shipment" thing is BS! Once we generate a label, assuming we are not backed up on orders ourselves (we are not and have been roughly "caught up" for about two months) the package goes out that night. At worst, two days on a weekend.

Even weirder is some of you are getting different scan language that says USPS has it...and I know for a fact the orders are all on the same truck, either in our lot or on the road to New Jersey (where the product gets cross docked). Makes NO sense.

I sold some stuff on Ebay and my seller interface had more updated USPS info than the app/consumer side. Sometimes I had more information and it would take a day (or two) to update on the consumer side. Wording also varied on each one.

Thought that would be the same, but obviously it's different.

Most buyers were very understanding and waited during Christmas-gedon 2020. Only had one trouble, but it eventually got delivered. Most slowpokes were media mail, though one first class one took a long time.
