I received my order today in great shape also. I'm not sure if it was a happy accident or on purpose that the 3 horror steelbooks were sandwiched in the middle of other blu-rays within the ark. That is much appreciated. If USPS wants to get rough and dent regular blu-ray cases on the outer layer, those can be easily replaced with blu-ray cases from the dollar store. I like that the steelbooks were protected in the middle. If this was on purpose it's a smart policy.

Also that "stash box" that came with Up in Smoke is a pretty cool collectible. Does anyone know what that little compartment under the blu-ray is supposed to be for? Maybe it's space to put some Cheech and Chong sequel blu-rays/DVDs.

Not really griping, but is there a certain time period after which you should be concerned? One of my orders shipped on 12/31, but I'm still getting the dreaded "Pre-shipment" notice on USPS.

I had a package from Half Price books mailed 12/31 first class from 3 states over that finally showed up 3 days ago. Tracking never worked. So I would wait until the end of the month at least for media mail. A lot of my mail has done really bizarre things, but in the end (knock on wood) nothing has disappeared.

Even weirder is some of you are getting different scan language that says USPS has it...and I know for a fact the orders are all on the same truck, either in our lot or on the road to New Jersey (where the product gets cross docked). Makes NO sense.

Depending on the USPS branch, for expediency's sake bulk parcel dropoffs don't get individually scanned when received. They're supposed to be, but aren't right now due to the backlog. So it's not until they get scanned later in the delivery chain or upon delivery that they even show up as USPS having possession.

I too have orders from you that have been sitting in "pre-shipment" status since January 14.

When I take my eBay sale parcels to USPS, I stand in line and make the clerks scan them and ask for the receipt, so I know they've been entered into the system. Depending on the volume of parcels, that may be problematic for you as a solution.

Mine was in pre-shipment since I got the shipping notice on 1/12, until this morning when it changed to "Out For Delivery". Got it just now.

Got my small order in today..arrived in an ark ...my regular blu ray was sandwiched between my two steelbooks..bottom one was perfect..top one..Prince of Darkness has some small denting , one on top of spine and a few on the face toward that top corner as well.Otherwise rest is fine.

What's odd for me is my 12/31 shipping notice says pre-shipment still but the order that shipped out on 1/11 was delivered a few days ago.

Got my 1/11 order today!





Unfortunately they forgot my blu-ray copy of LEGO DC SUPER HEROES: The Flash. It was on the packing slip, but not in the box. I've already emailed them about it though. And I couldn't help myself and placed another order on 1/18 that has been shipped but hasn't arrived-





I usually limit myself to 2 HB orders a month, but I may have to break my own rule and place another because there's some items I don't want to slip away

Awesome job Hamilton Books! I ordered 23 titles, including multiple multi-disc sets - everything came in perfect condition. The box was a great fit and was well packed.

I’m on the West Coast and ordered on January 13th. I received my package today. Really great shipping time considering the USPS delays, the shipping service used, and the MLK holiday.

If this kind of service and packaging keeps up, I will order again and again.
