Damn did not know about the losssless audio,

Why is this a limitation, where we ever given a reason from Sony. The HDMI Chip in the PS3 can pass the DTSHD and the TRUEHD audio. without the PS3 touching it.

Is the a 1.3a bandwidth limitation? Would like to know this.

the ps3 is just as good as my standalone player in playing 3D and 2D. what tv you have plays more of a deal in picture quality then blu ray player

Currently I watch 3D blu rays on my Xbox One and I think the 3D quality is great. But reading through threads I'm starting to wonder if a true 3D blu ray player would enhance the 3D more so than a console. Just curious if anyone has compared both and saw any notable differences?

When I compared PS3 to PS4, what I noticed mostly were color differences.

Decided the PS3 was more accurate picture-wise, but there were moments where it seemed like the 3D was slightly better on PS4.

LGs coming out with a 3D/4K player soon, if I was to buy a standalone movie player it would probably be that one.

I went from a PS4 to a Samsung UBD-K8500 4K player and it made a dramatic difference. Of course, the Samsung is upscaling where the PS4 did not. I am on an LG 65UH8500.

The vid was just fine on the Xbox one s, it was the audio options that i didn't like. And using the controller instead of a regular remote(which are available to buy,of course).
