Asdivine Hearts took 10 minutes to sell out the morning allotment but for those who forgot there still is the 6pm stock.

Fortunately, Ys Origins is an open order item but I believe they're accepting orders only for 24 hours so don't delay too long.

Limited Run Games has announced that they will be a releasing a special limited run physical edition of Moss’s PlayStation 4 shoot ‘em up Caladrius Blaze. Only 4,000 copies of the physical edition will be available over on Limited Run Games’ website, starting on September 15th at 10:00 am ET.

Caladrius Blaze originally released as Caladrius back in 2013 in Japan for the Xbox 360. A PlayStation 3 port was later released, which added more characters, stages, and gameplay modes. The game was then released worldwide for the PlayStation 4 back in August 2016.

Caladrius Blaze will release physical copies for the PlayStation 4 on September 15th.

Couple games on sale tomorrow. I'm personally going for The Flame in the Flood since I dig adventure survival games.

The 10:00 am window came and went: everything was sold out within 3 minutes.

Don't forget that there's a second window at 6:00 pm (about 25% of the allotment), but it's also not as busy, so the odds may be in your favour.

Same here, although my backlog continues to grow haha. I'm sure I'll get to these when I retire in 40 years and want to experience some vintage gaming haha.

I'm hoping the open order period on Ys Origin proved more successful than a set limit so that they'll use it more often than not.

Looks like the Ys Origins PAX variant will be going on sale today at 5pm EST. Not too many copies left according to an email so for those who missed out on the open order period here's a slim second chance.

I can't help but feel for small publishers such as Limited Run, and especially the small-budgeted indie developers who are impacted by this new policy.

As a game collector, I want to see not only indie developers thrive in the marketplace, but more importantly, have physical copies of their offerings made available for posterity. As a consumer, I wouldn't object to paying a bit more for the physical copies ($5-10 per printed copy) to defray the ESRB expense. I'm not sure how other game collectors feel though.

On Friday, LRG will be selling some of the emergency copies of their games form previous pressings. If you missed out on any of the following, there's a teeny chance you could score one on Friday:

Furi: Definitive Edition (PS4) 30 copies
Night Trap: 25th Anniversary Edition (PS4 + PC) 50 copies
Jotun Valhalla Edition (PS4) 30 copies
Oceanhorn (PS4 + Vita) 30 copies
Dariusburst Chronicle Saviours (Vita) 15 copies
Plague Road (PS4 + Vita) 30 copies
Stealth Inc. (PS4 + Vita) 30 copies
Flame in the Flood (PS4) 30 copies
Risk of Rain (PS4 + Vita) 10 copies
Mutant Mudds (PS4 + Vita) 10 copies
The Silver Case (PC) 30 copies

They kept these in case someone's order was lost or damaged in the mail.

Outside the usual site, but Strictly Limited Games will putting Ultracore (yes, that once never released Amiga/Mega Drive/Mega CD game that was pre-installed on the MegaSg FPGA clone console) for preorder, starting from the 28th of this month up until the 30th of June for PS4 and Switch.

Wished I knew about this site earlier; would have definitely liked to add Guns, Gore & Cannoli and Wonder Boy to my collection. Will put in a pre-order for Ultracore on Sunday though.

Still trying to decide whether I want the Lumines Ultimate Block Rockin' Edition (final window goes live in under 50 minutes). It's a cool set to have; not sure if I want to spend $140 + shipping on it though.....

If I knew that it was going to have a physical version, I wouldn't have bought it on PS4. I guess I would have to settle on getting it boxed on Switch.

That’s the thing with digital only games. It could stay as digital only or someone like Limited Run can give it a physical copy later on. So when the game comes out as digital only, you basically have to ask yourself do I want to play it now that badly or wait and see if Limited Run will do something about that.

Then of course when the game goes on sale on the PSN Store, it makes the decision even harder especially if the sale price is within your budget for a digital version of the game and especially if Limited Run hasn’t announced a physical copy for it yet.
