Default Media player for 3D movies?

I was thinking about getting the Himedia Q10 Pro, but I found out there's a stuttering playback issue due to wrong framerate output.

Is there any media player that gets the job done in a proper way?

Dune Solo 4k. Has played every 3D ISO I have thrown at it. I make backups of my own titles via AnyDVD HD for archiving purposes and this amazing little player gives full menus and superb images. I suggest you find a local dealer and demo one.

Thanks. I've had a quick look. My only issue with this player (but it's a big one) is that it lacks the digital audio out, namely the optical one, which I need for my RF wireless headphones.

I'll keep it in mind, thank you.

I have been doing some research, based on your hint. How about the Dune HD Base 3D, or the Mede8er MED600X3D? Is any one of these a good 3D ISO player?

I don't really care for 4K, so the lack of that feature wouldn't be an issue.

I'm not sure about those other Dune models - they certainly wouldn't give full BD menu support from ISO (2D or 3D). I can only vouch for the Solo 4K and would recommend highly. Take a look through this thread for more info: http://www.avsforum.com/forum/39-net...ia-player.html

In the end, I've gone for the Mede8er MED600X3D, I've tested it yesterday evening with a 3D BD 1:1 ISO, from "Dark country".

It played beautifully, and it also let me disable the forced subtitles. Excellent, really.

The Himedia Q10 Pro doesn't have enough horse power to handle a lot of files. I had to get rid of mine and get an Nvidia Shield TV, runs everything I've thrown at it, I've never looked back.

Where would one buy the Dune solo 4k or other 4k/3D Dune players? I'm in the US. Are there any US retailers or does this need to be imported?
