Hello,
I have been using Skullcandy PLYR1 for the last three years. They are wireless gaming surround headphones that have phenomenal sound but have a ridiculously fragile frame. They are currently holding with tape and hot glue. They still work well, but will die soon and Skullcandy is no longer producing gaming headphones. I'm looking for a replacement. I'm using them both for my PS4 (gaming) and my x800 4K blu-ray player. Requirements: - Optical input: Imperative because I have two sources plugged into my x900e TV and using the optical passthorugh directly in the headphone base - Wireless - Great sound - Gaming headphones I know the Astro A50s are supposed to be very good, but not sure I want to pay that price (the Skullcandy were under $200) Any advices? |
