Yeah that version doesnt exist for bluray. You are most likely talking about the futureshop release since it is the same exact cover as the FYE exclusive steelbook but bluray. It is in the canada database if you search for it.

It was free when you reserved a copy of the blu-ray. They were empty cases that you brought up to the register at checkout.

Here in Canada, the cases contained the discs like any other release. So I guess there are two versions of this case floating around out there; empty and not.

That's the one. I was mistaken. For some reason I thought FYE had it too.

I miss those preorder empty cases. In my area they usually didn't sell until the movie came out so I never had a problem picking them up. In fact in regards to The Avengers one one of the Best Buys near me had them months after the movie came out. At the time I posted about it here and ended up picking up 6-8 of them for cost plus shipping to some members here around December that year.
