République has been remastered on PS4.
All 5 episodes are available on disk.
With the exclusion of 3 dlc outfits that were free on ps store but are now delisted.
The DLC outfits were:
1-Prizrak outfit
2-Runner outfit
3-Gravity Rush outfit
Please add to the list...

ZombiU has been remastered on PS4 as ZOMBI with all previous DLC on disk.

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice has a Game Of The Year Edition that includes all updates on disk but it will be exclusively released in Japan.

This unboxing video shows that each game has it's own disc. There are no download codes.

Thanks for making this list, it's super useful and I grow tired of constantly googling for each individual game. I also appreciate you not generally including releases from limited run companies in your Digital-only releases list. Having a list of the full retail releases is super handy.

Also, there's a third Atari Flashback Classics collection (Vol. 3). I'm not certain if it's all on the disc since I don't own it, but I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Oh, and to add to the Dead Island debate: in my copy, only Dead Island is on the disc, and Riptide & Retro Revenge are download codes. It's a UK copy of the Slaughter Pack Edition of that collection, if that's of any use!

That’s how it is in the US also but on XB1 all 3 games are on the disc. Not sure why they did the download thing with the PS4 version.

Journey collector's edition PS4 contains 3 games on disk for which were previously released on PS3.
The games are:
Journey
Flower
Flow

Days Gone has been reprinted with updated versions 1.61 and earlier on the disc (having New Game+ and other improvements on the disc). There is no way to tell which version is the launch version and which is the reprint. This was confirmed with this video:

Control Ultimate Edition has everything on disc for PS4.

I'm sorry this was incorrect. It is 1.10 on the disc. 1.11 downloads which is "fix for dismemberment and decapitation on normal settings" whatever that means.

Here's one, Slime Rancher Deluxe edition comes with Secret Style pack DLC and Fashion Playset DLC on disc. I can't remember the exact patch on disc however.
