1/5 easily the worst finale of all time for me or at least right up there with the infamous dexter finale as it destroys multiple characters arcs, any semblance of logic and stumbles for an hour straight.

Four stars from me. Overall, I was satisfied with the story's resolution(s) but felt the final season to be rushed. Had both Seasons 7 and 8 been the full 10 episodes, I'm sure it would have been less "abrupt".

I'd give it a 2 out of 5. I was disappointed with it, but it wasn't so bad that it ruined the entire show for me. Even if he ultimately rejected the throne, I think Jon's heritage should have come more into play.

Also, it would have had to have transpired across the span of at least one entire episode, and that seems to be the common complaint -- there just wasn't enough time to develop all the events smoothly enough to satisfy everyone, considering the limitation of episodes.
I think if Drogon had tried to burn Jon to a crisp in front of the Dothraki & Unsullied and he lived that would definitely gotten the Dothraki's respect and probably the Unsullied too (well except maybe Greyworm, but Jon could have taken him out).

I gave it 4 stars, even though 3.5 would be a more accurate rating to me.

1st half was really good, but everything that happens after Dany dies is questionable.

Bran ending up on the Throne and Tyrion being named the Hand, despite all of his massive screw ups was unsatisfying for me.

...and the fact that it ends with the audience really not knowing for sure what happens to Jon is inexplicable.

2/5. Last 3 episodes were clearly rushed and just felt completely out of place compared to the rest of the series in terns of the writing, storytelling, and pacing.

People hate it right now but as time goes on people will accept it. The same with The Sopranos 12 years ago, people hated the finale and are now okay with it.

3,5/5 for me, rounded down to 3/5. I personally found this to be one of the less problematic episodes in the final season, and am mostly content in how everything turns out. The main problem in season 8 for me was how they got to the end, not the ending in itself.
