I see this being like Coco. The trailers will not interest me at all. At some point I'll watch it with my kids though and really enjoy it.

Hmm. Like most Pixar movies the trailer doesn't really do much for me. I'll probably see it one day but not really feelin this one.

Will I see it? Definitely. Will I cry? Probably. Is the human animation gorgeous? Undeniably. But I'm getting serious Emoji Movie vibes from the design of the spirits, and I'm not sure how I feel about that. Pixar can do no nearly no wrong in my book, but I can't help wonder if there was no other design they could have had.

Actually, come to think of it, their Onward movie looks and feels very Dreamworks-y too. They always seemed to have their own aesthetic before, but it seems these past few movies have been, at least visually, a little similar to other studios. Wonder why?

look good animation until soul ghost things they look goofy unrealism. man fall down street hole more comedy dont fit style.

Quite liked Inside Out, and the "soul" part of the trailer reminds me of that. The animation is amazing, like Into the Spider-Verse! Definitely want to see this.

Some parts (especially when they show the city) look like an Illumination Movie (The Secret Life of Pets).
