Default My So-Called Life Vs Freaks and Geeks

What TV Series do you prefer, which one is better?

Vote on https://www.misterpoll.com/polls/630513 (to vote you need to copy the link and put in search; when you just click on the link you wont get to the poll unfortunately)

Two defining Teen Series that share quite a few similarities. Discuss.

1. Why does the link take me to a page that says "Adult oriented content ahead?"
2. The only thing they really share is that they are both shows that take place in high school.

Freaks and Geeks has a great cast but the scripts aren't nearly as good as MSCL. The Halloween episode, in particular, was awful. There were no episodes of MSCL that were less than very good.

1. It's just some security validation, when you confirm you are over 18 years you get to the poll.
2. Oh, they share some more similarities than just high school.

Itís actually very close, but I would agree Freaks and Geeks was a bit better and covered more territory.

Is My So-Called Life even available in HD anywhere? Any streaming platforms? I still have my old DVD set but would love to rewatch in HD.

My So-Called Life because it's more 90-ish and so nostalgia and so on.

I would to. I havenít seen it in awhile but my memory thinks this was shot on video. Was it shot on film?

Freaks & Geeks, mostly because I watched some of it as it aired, but I also like My So Called Life and hope it gets a Blu release!

I slightly prefer Freaks and Geeks as it`s more unique and original. But MSCL is a really good Series too.

Freaks and Geeks is pretty much a masterpiece, brilliant series and very well grounded, Paul Feig has gone downhill since and I fear he’ll never reach the highs of this wonderful series.

I’ve never even heard of My So-Called Life so if it’s even vaguely similar I’ll need to check it out.
