Motive is doing this, so I expect a similar feel as BF2 flying mechanics.

U-Wing & Tie Bomber should interesting additions.

Hopefully they have better spawns when you die. That was Dice’s biggest mistake with BF2. It didn’t take long for people to figure out spawn locations & when you spawned in, 1 or 2 A holes would be waiting for you to get a cheap kill.

I will say its interesting the game is only going to be $40. I think its fair to expect the game is gonna be lighter on content.

Disappointed they're only considering tacking on a singleplayer campaign. I'm not interested in multiplayer games.

If this is 1st person only i'm gonna give it a miss. As much as i like that perspective for some stuff, like say if i was playing in PSVR and really felt that immersion, i'd be amazed but i'd also have liked a 3rd person option. Either way, that probably confirms the controls are not going to be too far away from a very basic system because they are not trying to make PSVR users throw up doing barrel rolls and fancy moves. So basically no Poe Dameron style shenanigans.

This EA event is so bad and EA going all in on cross-play sucks thanks to the PC cheaters. Wish they would keep it to consoles only.

The textures and art direction looks pretty bad but this stream quality is so bad that it probably isn't helping. Needs to be cheaper like the last PVZ game.

I thought the EA event was pretty decent. Their 100% into cross-play as it was mentioned every chance they got. Also, it would seem they have understood the criticisms from past decisions as they stated on numerous occasions that they had heard and taken on board the feedback from fans.

I haven't bought an EA game this whole gen, however they seem to be heading in the right direction. Fingers crossed for a more gamer friendly EA.


EDIT: Regarding cross-play, can't you choose which platforms you cross-play with? I'm sure I saw something on CoD Warzone that let you chose.

EA only listen to their turnover, nothing more. Same can be said for any business I know.

I hvae no issue with cross play between consoles, I am all for it, but leave the PC gamers out.

Lemmy, chill your beans dude! Don't be so negative Don't get me wrong, I have not been a fan of EA for a long time, however I'm willing to give them the benefit of doubt. Lets see how they act going forward and into next gen.
