As long as it's in line with most of Sony's other first party titles like it seems it could be, I'll be getting this day 1. Their exclusives are about the only games I'm willing to pay $70 for to get them on release day.

Yeah, in a way it's like back in the day when people were criticizing Xbox for only having shooters and such. Sony's first party is basically third person action adventure. Obviously a lot of them are really good, but still.

Looks interesting. I just hope with the “break the cycle” thing that it’s not a roguelike. I’ve largely sworn those games off as I rarely finish them as I get bored by the repetition.
If it’s another cinematic, narrative-driven, third-person action adventure game I’m likely there. That’s my favorite type of games and Sony’s strength in them is the only reason I buy PlayStations as Xbox and Nintendo would have my gaming needs covered otherwise. |
