Oh, come on! "30 days of Night" was really good. Did you actually watch it or just the trailers? Not straight out slasher horror, little bit of suspense thrown in, all-in-all a solid movie. Granted the Graphic novel was better, but rarely are movies better than books. (With the possible exception of LOTR, but I still miss Tom Bombadil )

You guys are killing me, sadly nothing better to read at work than this!

There will be Blood, almost felt asleep like four times. Great acting though.

im going to get so much flak for this, but i thought unforgiven was an extremely boring movie--STORY WISE (cinematography, acting, music, etc etc was great). i like to think i have a general idea of what movies are good and what aren't (if that even means anything), and if you look at my bluray collection you may agree or disagree with me, but after watching this i just couldn't figure out what all the hype was about. maybe after a second viewing i'll appreciate it more, but im not sure im willing to devote 3 more hours to something i almost fell asleep during.

Insomnia
2001 (and I usually love Kubrick films, but I just can't get past the Dawn of man segment at the beginning.)
Kingdom of Heaven (again, I love Ridley Scott films but this one just made me crash)
Napoleon Dynamite
Red Planet
All Merchant/Ivory films
All Wes Anderson films
That's just naming a few off the top of my head

The second half of Eagle Eye was flat out dull in my opinion. I had a hard time finishing the movie.

Meh, after the Joker is out of the picture it feels very forced and they could have held off on all of it for the 3rd...idk.

Yeah I agree, I was a little dissipointed once the Joker was out of the picture. But the ending fit the rest of the stoey well. It left an opening for a third but also didn't leave it open as though there had to be one.

I agree, plenty of good stuff in them but overall, they are paced far too slow for my liking.

Sunshine, I know the movie has a strong cult following, but I thought it was just a weak sauce reboot of Solaris. It's the only blind-buy Blu-Ray that I have traded in for another title.

even though i respect it as a great film, once upon a time in america completely bored me. then again i guess that's expected with any 4 hour movie.

Legend (Tom Cruise)

Last time I saw this was in the theatres (1985). Saw it again last week. OMG. Snooze city. Great make-up effects by Bottin though.
