Anyone else having problems? My code was accepted by Paramount though their site (only place to redeem). They sent my an email confirming she season download...gave me an order #....I'm linked to my VUDU Account. The show shows up NOWHERE! It does not even come up as an available release on their own site...where they stipulate you have to redeem from. I've sent SEVERAL email over SEVERAL days and gotten NO response. I reached out to VUDU support (who wrote me back in a matter of hours!), they claim that it is not available but promised to escalate it and get back to me with their findings. Seriously...why is there even a UV sticker on the box at ALL if they're not going to make it available at time of release! and oh yeah, code is no longer valid, presumably because it was accepted when I first entered it through Paramount's site. Grrrrrrrrr.

I purchased this season on VUDU when it was actually airing in hopes that it would be a 'UV' title. I had read that when it does, it changes it in your library to 'UV'. After seeing the blu ray release was supposed to have a UV digital HD copy, my library did not update and VUDU and UV are both telling me it's not a UV title. That if it becomes a UV title, it will update in my library. Seems deceitful and if I had purchased the blu ray copy advertised with the UV digital HD copy, I would not be happy at all either!

Thanks for commenting. I think even more frustrating is not having anyone to reach out to. Can you imagine a customer service department for Paramount ignoring you???!!! It just seems crazy! I really wouldn't mind so much if they were just have 'technical difficulties'...but just let the customer know! I'm glad VUDU at least made an effort to get involved...but the buck really stops at Paramount...I mean, THEY actually GOT my buck!

I doubt it. All other seasons of BBT have working UV codes. This smells of a screw up which has to be addressed. Just one of the worst screw ups I've seen since the 60's Batman UV issue. But at least WB was available to comment on THAT one...

In what world/On what platform! My Redeemed UV order shows on Paramount's site as COMPLETE! and my UV account is linked!....it doesn't show up ANYWHERE!....and Paramount STILL refuses to respond to ANY emails from their so called customer service...HA!!!!

Okay....so after repeated emails to Paramount customer service, I finally was contacted in regards to the UV copy not showing up in my account. The rep that reached out to me went into my account, un linked it from my UV account, and instructed me to re link the accounts. I followed his instructions.... and WA LA!!! Success! Everything showed up! It should be noted that while my VUDU account loaded and had no trouble playing, my Flixster account loaded, but will NOT play, claiming there to be an error. I'll give them time to work out the bugs. I'm just happy the matter is finally resolved after a full week of frustration....

Finally getting around to redeeming my codes from blu rays that I haven't opened yet.
Went to redeem on Flixster, then tried Vudu, and Scorpion season 1 doesn't even show up on their list of titles. It won't even give me an option to redeem the code. I also tried entering the code on the ultraviolet website and it says they don't recognize it. Anyone know a way around this? |
