Imprint are gonna be releasing Johnny Got His Gun on bluray in March: https://viavision.com.au/shop/johnny...ollection-115/

The only other bluray release was in France in 2014. Wonder if any of the special features from that have been carried over.

such a grim, grim movie, but a good one. Not sure about this, I like imprint a lot and the movie is quite good, but so depressing and in these times its enough with reality, but Ill probably buy this because I like a lot the packaging

looking forward to PQ and AQ comments from people who already got it

I got my copy and am happy to report that the PQ and AQ are indeed very good. This is one of Imprint's better releases. And the movie is so damn good. Glad to see Imprint did it right.

I'm currently on my second disc of this movie that won't spin up in either of my portable drives (I travel a lot, so this is how I watch movies usually). Both discs work totally fine in my home theater blu-ray player. Anyone else seen any issues? I'm honestly about to just say to hell with it and order the French edition.

With the recent passing of Golden Age actress Marsha Hunt, I couldn't help taking advantage of a 15% off code (LEAVES) at the Deep Discount website. I would never forgive myself if Johnny Got His Gun would sell out and I missed it. FWIW, the cost came to $26.91 USD (+ tax) after the discount.
