The mail service in my area sucks and everything that's not shipped in a box is practically guaranteed to arrive damaged.

Unfortunately, individual prices are not as big of a deal-breaker for me as getting everything shipped together in a sturdy box is these days. "Sad to say..."

I still need to catch up with purchasing most of the new Blu-ray releases from this year. I've been debating whether to place an order with Media Blasters directly or give the newly formed Buy Anime a shot (so I can also add a copy of Stepmother's Sin to my order... if they ever list it).

If you make a small order, it's a bubble mailer. My first ever order directly from Media Blasters had 3 Blu-rays (Girl's High, Hentai Heaven Volume 1, Shinobi Seduction), and they all came in a bubble mailer.

Yes, I had a two-title order from Media Blasters ship in a bubble mailer, and the order of 9 titles came in a box with slightly larger dimentions than the blu-rays, with a small amount of padding wrapped around them. My orders were all 18+ titles, so there were no slipcovers or chipboard boxes to worry about getting damaged, just bare, shrinkwrapped cases. The packaging MB used was sufficient for those.

My single copy of Sexy Magical Girl Ai came in a white bubble mailer with the invoice in a invoice pouch on the outside. If not for the sales and the weak yen I would have bought more. Maybe next month.

All three are listed for Pre-order at 17.99 each. I'd order them, but I wish they included illustrations of the back covers on the product pages, as none of them sound that interesting from their descriptions.

I'm still waiting on my order of the three titles that were supposed to release in December, it looks like only one of them has stocked, the other two are delayed, I guess.

Although I'm somewhat aware that the whole Subs Vs. Dubs debate can become quite divisive within Anime fandoms, I guess I fall into the "at least they're getting released over here" camp concerning these types of films...

especially considering how it seems like Media Blasters is the only label actively pursuing titles like these nowadays.

As long as we keep getting more titles newly released on Blu-ray, I can't complain too much.

Tell me about it. I'm still waiting for everything to be confirmed as currently "in stock" just so I can finally place an order for like 10 different Blu-ray releases I've been meaning to catch up on.

The Lewd Boat? Oh brother these titles, this is really Netorare Fighter Yaritchingu!. And its basically if Street Fighter type characters were kidnapped drugged and forced to sleep with each other...though yeah it takes place on a boat.
