It would be cool to get more Black Lagoon or Gundam Thunderbolt.

The Promised Neverland really deserves a (re-done) second season.

Amagi Brilliant Park. Unfortunately, many of the core people who worked on it were tragically lost in the Kyoto Animation arson.

That "second season" was the result of the series being split-cour as S1 aired in Summer 2015, and S2 aired in Winter 2016, so it was always intended to be that length from the start.

A proper 3rd Season of School Rumble would have been nice.

It would have been nice for the rest of kenichi to get an anime. I think the mega really finds its groove around when the anime is ending.

There is an 11-episode OVA series that has yet to be licensed.

I would love to see more of those 3 series. Just can't get enough of shows that have smart characters, strong female leads, zero fan services, and attractive character designs.

Great shows don't need fan services or nudity to attract viewers. These Japanese filmmakers have poisoned their young generations enough that will take years to undo the damages, but that is a totally different topic though.
While I don’t specifically think every project needs a “strong female character” or “strong male character” or strong kid characters or whatever etc, once the producers start setting criteria then we end up with everything being written exactly the same. I’m fine with a mixture of character types across multiple titles. But regardless, without nudity, fan service etc, Yes, there are great anime out there like:

Noein
Last Exile (original)
Ergo Proxy
Mushi Shi
Gankutsou
Wonderful Days
Welcome to the Space Show
Life of Budori Gusuko
Noir
Oblivion Island

I’d like to list Harlock Space Pirate but perhaps the scene with the semi nude alien might not fit, although it was not a comedy film

One problem I think is anime has to avoid becoming too Western-influenced

Plus there are plenty of great non-anime animated titles
