Watched this last night. It's all over the place, tone-wise, & the giggling psycho villain seems to have modeled himself on Taika Waititi (in both looks & personality - which I found both irritating & slightly distracting), but the action is fast, bloody & completely OTT & it doesn't take itself remotely seriously.

Great fun.
