This is crazy have at least 6 packages from zavvi which arrived is Sydney 4/11 and was on way to wa from 7/11 23 days later still nothing and no changes to tracking 27 days is a joke of a time to wait with it being in australia.
The reasons I read was due to floods and another was derailed train but come on 27 days. I have even had more recent packages ordered after these and arrived I sent a quick message to auspost to ask what’s going on with no reply. I know it’s the crazy time of year again but still no excuse being this late. |

Nowadays, I don't buy enough from Anime Ltd, nor anime in general, to justify a subscription.
With the ones I'm after (mainly the classic titles), I usually have them on my wishlist in the hope that they'll be discounted at some point or a local version is offered. Madman released a couple of Anime Ltd limited editions here. Hopefully they'll continue increase their effort. |

I'm back with another question about using MyUS. Do I need to fill in form 1583? I read something about it, but couldn't work out from the FAQs if I needed to do it. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I've been a loyal Zavvi customer since 2009, but their customer service is just atrocious. I've been trying to get a re-shipment on a lost 12 Monkeys UHD for a few months now, but they just keep go around in circles. That, plus the outrageous shipping charges means I'm done with them.
