Ultimately depends on the sales. Sales mean everything. I wouldn't say it's impossible but it's unlikely. If there was going to be a premium set, it would most likely be now. We can always voice our support for a premium set and if it gets enough attention, Viz might consider it. It can happen.

I'm usually not a fan of doing this but I might have to just bite the bullet and pick up hunter x hunter and if a premium set comes around just sell my old ones off. Would have made me feel a lot better if you would have just said no lol. Damn...oh well.

Might as well just go for it. If they do a premium set in the future, I'm sure you can sell off all your sets for $200-300

Edit: The pre-order limited gifts will increase the value for your used sets. Keep them in good condition.

Yea I can't believe I even questioned buying it. And depending on what it is I might just keep it.

The only thing that bothers me is what I said in the other thread. I watch dubs and they're already past episode 13. It would have been nice to have the bluray be a few episodes ahead so that I'm actually excited when I get it in the mail. Oh well though, life's not perfect.

I didn't see your other post. What do you mean when "they're already past episode 13"? As in you've already seen the episodes, so it's not a surprise when you watch it? Or do you mean you were planning on watching the blu-rays first and then hop on Toonami to keep the hype up?

In Toonami's pacing, they're going to be at approximately episode 25 before this Blu-ray comes out since they showed episode 18. So would need like a 26 episode boxset to feel caught up or whatever.

Where did you get the fact it's one disc? The only back cover I've seen has been for the DVD where that's getting two discs.

Also for anyone worried about how the video quality will be, don't be that much as Justin Sevakis is going to be working on it.

I saw that in a reddit comment yesterday but I think you're right, the Bleach Set had twice as many episodes and was a 4-disc set. This seems to be very similar to that release and having half the amount of episodes one would imply that at least it would have 2 BDs.

I must have gotten cheaper over the years because I just can't bring myself to even consider paying more than $25 for a Blu-ray anymore, especially not only 13 episodes. I enjoy this series a lot but I'm thinking my new rule is going to be that I only purchase full season sets or nothing at all. Its just too much space and money.

$38 for 27-28 Bleach episodes was perfect because it was the complete season. I can't justify more for less, Viz.

Quality over quantity. Maybe you'll get what ur looking for in 5-10

Whats the difference in quality though? Viz actually had to upscale Bleach where as HxH should be native, I assume. Both are dubbed and shonen series.. I dunno about quality in this case.
