That's a huge stretch. Why would you just assume that the next word is the f-word? If it cut off from a word starting with F, then I could understand why you might think that, but we don't even see the entirety of the last word on-screen. It could be "OMG my life is ruined" or "my life is over" or any number of possibilities.

I strongly doubt that they'd throw in such a profanity in a show aimed (mostly) at children, though more recent games occasionally feature PG-level language such as "shit" and "bi***".

So i got the Bluray like almost 2 weeks ago and wow!
WOW WOW WOW!
Bravo Discotek....they made the Bluray look amazing. The episodes never look this good! It looks like a 2020 anime man (well you get what I mean haha)

I hope they do the same for Season 2 and the movie if possible.
But yeah, the DVDs are put to shame compared to this release. The DVDs had so much ghosting issues that even I noticed....someone who isn't that critical of media.

I'd love for the movies to get a release, but I'm not holding my breath. Plus they never even fully dubbed the first three because of the amalgamation they did for Fox Kids. The Tamers and Frontier ones were dubbed though.

I'd love for them to get to Tamers if not even Frontier (perfectly ok to forget Savers/Data Squad even existed ), but DA and DA02 being closely connected means we need at least that one.

So is the new encode available on any streaming services? I have been watching a bit of it on Hulu but its flaws are rather obvious. I would like to watch an episode of the new encode before I decide to buy it and it’s hard to get an idea of quality from clips.

Probably not. Discotek probably wants people to buy the disc first and then it should be streamed later.

It's definitely better than Hulu. I'm up to episode 40 atm and while it's not totally perfect it's probably the best we'll ever get and there's no glaringly obvious flaws up until episode 39...

After the fight with VenomMyotismon, the sky splits and is showing the Digital World and the kids decide they have to go back to fix things and they hold out their Digivices which then shoot a rainbow beam up to the sky (disc timestamp 3:43:55). On the Hulu, it shows a zoomed out into a landscape shot with the damaged area showing the beam going up but on the BD, it cuts to some video of WarGreymon from the fight but has the correct audio... now sure if this is intentional on Diskotek's part, like maybe they didn't have these frames or something so they had to substitute or if it was a mistake. I only looked into it because it felt so out of place.
