Hi

Anyone know if the Accent Film release of Irreversible is a upconvert of the DVD? Most likely as there is no new master i dont think.

Hi, i know this is somewhat off topic but can anyone confirm that the Australian accent collection blu works with region A? or is it locked to region b? thanks.

I had the DVD and gave it away for the Blu. I shouldn't have bothered. It was a complete waste of money.

Accent are repeatedly doing this and they should be run out of town. Or a consumer affairs complaint filed against them at least.

Accent is a goddamn joke. Have they actually released anything with acceptable specs, or is it all just 1080i 50hz garbage with lossy audio?

Yeah i have the accent blu ray. Complete rubbish, its like a 11 GB file on a BD 25.

Studio Canal and Eagle Pictures have released the Italian blu ray. Specs:
Language: Italian 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio / French 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio
Subtitles: Italian

It probably won’t be too long for a UK release with English subs.

Seriously? Gaspar Noé has gone on record saying any of his films in 3D would be a travesty. Look for Shade Rupe's interview with Gaspar Noé.

Same with Gaspar Noé's masterpiece Seul contre tous aka I Stand Alone.

AVOID ALL BD releases from Accent.

For PQ, but I'm doing a video dedicated to Irreversible for a website dedicated to Gaspar Noe, and there is a subtle difference in the credits scenes so I need to check something on the Australian version. If you can't take a screenshot, a photo can be enough as long as it's the same moment as my previous screenshot.
