Nah, I'm fine with GKids doing older stuff, but I'd rather they focused on things not previously available. No complaints about their Future Boy Conan release, for example. And while there were issues with the Collector's Edition packaging, the Evangelion BD discs themselves were very good.

Nadia just seems underwhelming because there's already been a release, and this one doesn't have any additional content. But I'd imagine that a release of something truly new would seem better; even a barebones release of, say, Re: Cutie Honey would seem amazing, just because it's actually available. And I wouldn't have concerns about the quality of the disc itself, the most important part.

Sentai BD has the 0.88 gamma bug. Kind of regret not picking up the English subtitled Korean set which probably is a remux of JP BD.

Looks like the sentai set is the way to go. At least that had a 2k master that looks filmic. (Even if the encode was questionable in a few areas.)

Dang, I went from thinking about pre-ordering this set to just keeping the old release.

Wow I almost sold my Sentai set thinking the GKIDS release would be an obvious upgrade. Glad I held off on doing so.

Comparing those pictures, Gkids looks like a slight improvement.
What I see:
DNR (would prefer not, but doesn't appear agregious)
Improved line art
Better overall color production
Slightly darker (reminds me of how most 4k discs are darker but with better color)

For people who can't stand DNR I guess the sentai set is the way to go, but I think most people will settle on the Gkids being a slight improvement.
