Me too. I think it will add more weight to X when watched as a double bill. Can’t wait to do just that early next year. Hopefully it gets 4K release. (Still seeing at cinema of course!

glad this is coming out, since this is one of the top genre movies of the year for me….

but people need to actually show up this time to see it. embarrassing that x only made >$12 million during its run. we’re definitely not getting a third one if it has similar results.

I wouldn’t go that far. Depends on budget again.

I recall reading about it when they were talking to the director several months ago. A24 greenlit X and Pearl followed by the sequel I believe.

I did read a decent amount of interviews with Ti as he describes setting the third film after X and dealing with VHS. He said he was writing it, at least at the time.

Opposite for me. I wasn't a huge fan of X, but this looks like it could be much better.

I would predict maybe 6 Million for this domestically. Probably 5-6 Million. I don't think it will get much play internationally since X didn't do much outside of the US.
