USA Best Funimation Shows

Good afternoon Everyone,

Thought I would try and have some fun - see what everyone's favorite funimation show is for Blu or DVD.

Let us all know and why...

I will start it off - I am very new to anime in general, My favorite shows so far are tales to zestiria X Complete Series - Loved the Game on PS4 and found it had an Anime option and had to get was so so good.
High School DXD and testament sister new devil both are amazing shows in their own right - great story and lots of fun - makes you laugh like crazy.

Sleepy princess in the demon castle this one is the most fun ever - when she pulled the sword and made it a night light I almost fell out of the chair laughing so so hard.

Thanks everyone and hope we all can have some fun - been a rough couple of years.

I prefer the classics, like;

- Escaflowne
- Dragon Ball Z
- Outlaw Star

Reminds me of a time when anime was original.

100% yes. Especially if you like older anime. It's a classic for a reason.

yu yu hakusho
dragon ball
saga of tanya the evil
death note
code geass
hellsing ultimate
spice & wolf
the rising of the shield hero
trigun

A list of the best sentai releases might be more interesting as their quality is all over the place.

Funimation did pick up the Live Action movies but yeah when people mention the series they mean the Anime which Viz has.

Woops ya its kind of hard to keep track of who released what especially since a lot of the stuff viz has streams on Funimation these days. It's also a bit confusing since Funimation crunchy roll and aniplex are all owned by sony these days. We now have stuff like konosuba which is licensed by crunchyroll distributed by discotek but crunchy roll has now eaten funimation so who gets credit for konosuba?

konosuba is also a pretty great show whoever gets credit for it I guess.

Discotek still gets the Credit for Seasons 1&2 but the movie and Season 3 will most likely be Crunchyroll.

Must have missed Claymore looking at my list in the app, or it would have been my list Even though it's a shame the anime ended far before the manga did.
