and I am concerned that trust could be broken with phase-4. I can't imagine MCU without the core heart and soul characters on screen. For me, I will continue to follow Thor, Guardians and Doctor Strange.

Black Panther didn't cut me just like Captain Marvel.

The reviewer also scored the movie 4.5/5 and Venom is definitely not that good, 2.5/5, maybe a 3 at best, with Tom Hardy's batshit crazy performance saving the movie from total disaster. The plot, main bad guy and pretty much everything else is very mediocre by today's comic book movie standards.

The 3D in Venom is nowhere near as good as Cap Marvel though, some parts look great and others not so much, it's a mixed bag really. The 3D score seems about right to me.

Different opinions though, we all like different things, including reviewers.

Agreed on every point except that it’s clear to me that reducing a score due “ghosting” is BS.

Such a great 3D presentation, I've watched 3 times now, really fun movie. Love those scenes in that underground base where there are all those shelving units stretching away into the distance.

Yes the 3D set has disc art on both discs, 3D and 2D.

The movie has grown on me. But I will wait until the price comes down if I am to pick it up again.
