Question to my fellow Portuguese forum members, what international stores do you usually use?
Looking for a cheap, fast, no problems with customs type of store 😉

Customs problems happen only with non-EU countries. Outside EU, I buy usually in Amazon. You will have problems with big orders, but if your order is below 25$ usually you don't have problems with customs. If the movie you want is selled by a third arty of Amazon called deep.discount, try to buy from them. They are very fast and sometimes, cheaper than amazon. I don't know why, but that will only occur if you buy from them trough amazon. I tried once to buy directly from them and the order stoped at customs.

Within Europe I usually stick to UK sites. Amazon, Zoom, Zavvi, Base, etc...

A good international alternative (specially from overseas) is eBay. You can get some good deals if you keep an eye on things. Always check the seller though.

Nowadays I think Amazon.es is the best choice for a portuguese customer. If your order is higher than 29€, you don't pay the delivery costs. An interesting option is https://www.filmarena-eng.com. It is not cheap, but you can find here a lot of movies with portuguese subtitles that are out of stock in Portugal and are not for sale in the usual Amazon stores (such as a lot of movies from the WB catalog or even the 20th Century Fox catalog).

I tend to use Amazon UK, ES, FR and so on, but to be honest I don't really care much if it includes Portuguese subtitles or not.

Fnac is pretty pointless, unfortunately.

OLX sometimes has good deals for used stuff, but ought to act fast.
